A security deposit of $500 will also be required and billed to you separately and will be returned within 7-days of checking out and an inspection of the premises has been completed.

Linens, Towels, Washer and Dryer, Beach chairs, Umbrellas, Bicycles and carting wagon included.  Kitchen is stocked with all that is needed to cook and serve, Kuerig machine with starter supply, too.  Food, Hygenics, Laundry detergent and paper goods are the responsibility of the Lessee.
